Ronnie West came to Olive Branch in August of 2025 as Interim Pastor and was voted into the posisition of Senior Pastor on April 26, 2026.  Pastor Ronnie has over 32 years pastoral ministry in Southside Virginia.  Ronnie graduated from Liberty University in 1995 with a Master of Arts in Theology.  Pastor Ronnie is a proud father of three children and 10 grandchildren.  In his spare time, he enjoys hunting and fishing.

Roger joined the Olive Branch Baptist church family in 2025. He and his wife, Rachel, are both from Virginia and the proud parents of 4 amazing kids, Sarah, Emily, Hannah, and Ryan. Roger received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from ECPI University. He came to Olive Branch after spending 4 and a half years as the Associate Pastor of Youth and Family at Sandy Creek Baptist Church in Jetersville, VA. Roger enjoys spending quality time with his family, the outdoors, watching football and occasionally playing video games.

Sandra and her husband, Tim, have attended Olive Branch since 1997. Sandra has worked at the church since 2018

Jan has been attending Olive Branch since 2016. Jan has also directed the choir since 2016.

George and his wife, Judy, have been attending Olive Branch since 1972. George has worked at Olive Branch since 2011.

Elizabeth has been attending Olive Branch since 2020.   Elizabeth also teaches music at La Crosse Elementary School.
